The Bishop of Teruel, Friar Leon Villuendas, writing in a Falange publication, has accused the Zionists of having established the state of Israel through “gold, blood and injustice” and of seeking world domination and the destruction of the Christian Church, the New York Times reported here from Madrid.

The dispatch said that the Spanish Bishop lumped the Zionists and Communists together as anti-Catholic and said that the Zionists had organized the Communist revolution in Russia. The American Jewish financier and philanthropist Jacob Schiff was accused by the Bishop of financing the revolution. He also attacked the late Dr. Judah L. Magnes, president of the Hebrew University.
