Abraham Nissan, Israeli Minister to the Scandinavian countries, was honored here today at a luncheon tendered him by Navig Petersen, Speaker of the Norwegian Parliament.
At the luncheon Sven Nielsen, chairman of a delegation of members of Parliament who visited Israel last year, spoke glowingly of his experiences in the Jewish State. Later, Minister Nissan was received by Premier Oskar Torp and by senior officials of the Foreign Ministry.
