Reports reaching here from Alexandria, where Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger met with Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and Foreign Minister Ismail Fahmy, said that the Egyptian Cabinet approved today the second Israeli-Egyptian interim accord and notified Kissinger. The Secretary then flew back to Israel tonight to seek a similar approval by the Israeli Cabinet.
