A project is being sponsored by the Jewish community in Springfield to compile a biographical directory of the Jewish residents in the city, the actual compilation to be done by Lazar Stambovsky, also of Springfield. Not only will the directory contain a complete list of the Jewish residents in the city, but will also devote considerable space to a “Who’s Who” listing of the prominent Jewish leaders and business men.
