A Red Mogen David first-aid station will be built the Negev to service the 23 Jewish settlements already established in the southern sert area of Palestine, it was learned here today, with the announcement of a gift ? two ambulances to the medical center. The station will also serve Arabs and Christians in the vicinity.
The ambulances, which are donated by the Jewish Labor Committee, will be formily handed over to the American division of the Red Mogen David tomorrow afternoon a public ceremony. David Dubinsky, head of the International Ladies Germent Workers Union and a leader of the committee, will present the vehicles to ex-Governor ?rbert H. Lehman, one of the national sponsors of the American division of the Red ?gen David.
