The United Relief, Inc., composed of the Jewish Federation, Catholic Charities and the Community Fund of St. Louis has changed its name to United Charities, Inc., in order to avoid confusion with the various governmental relief agencies and because the directors of the organization feel that the new name is more in keeping with the services rendered. Charles M. Rice has been elected vice-president for the coming year.
