A total of $515,429 was subscribed in a drive for $500,000 conducted by the Jewish Federation Campaign which was concluded with a meeting at the Columbian Club yesterday.
The Federation embraces all local Jewish philanthropies. Mark C. Steinberg was chairman, Frank Dubinsky and Charles A. Rice, vice-chairmen. Mrs. Alvin Bauman and Mrs. Charles A. Rice headed the women’s division. The previous year’s budget of Federation was $350,000.
