The Jewish Federation of St. Louis, at its monthly meeting protested in vigorous terms against the excesses in Roumania.

“Our protest is directed against the government of Roumania. Roumania stands convicted before the civilized world as a wrongdoer. The crimes committed by Roumania against her Jewish population should cease. We carry our appeal to the court of last resort, to the judgment and verdict of an enlightened public opinion,” the resolution adopted at the meeting stated.

Louis Glaser is president of the Federation.
