The St. Louis Police Department has eliminated the section of its criminal identification cards which lists Jews separately from “White Americans,” it was learned here today.
Revision of the cards followed strong protests from the public and from members of Congress. The news of the St. Louis Police Department’s new system was first reported by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency.
