Russia for the Russians, is Stalin’s policy, according to Henry Wales, Moscow correspondent of the “Chicago Tribune.”
“Gradually, one by one, Jews and outlanders in the organization are being weeded out and supplanted with native born sons of the Soviet Union,” the correspondent writes. “Whereas the leaders who surrounded Lenin were mostly Jews and foreigners, scarcely one is left in the high posts of the Government.”
