Sandifer, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for United Nations Affairs; Counsellor Moshe Keren and Minister Theodor Kollek of the Embassy of Israel; Samuel K.C. Kopper, J.A. Walde, and G. Louis Jones of the Near Eastern Division of the State Department.
