Stanislaw Steiger, who is still in prison on the accusation of having thrown a bomb at the Polish President, Wojciechowski, is seriously ill. The prison authorities have refused to release him on bail, in spite of his illness.
It was at first expected that the second trial would take place in February. However, District Attorney Lutke declared that it is not yet known when his trial will be called.
