Other speakers included Rev. Edward Charles Russell, pastor of St. Ann’s Church; Dr. Jacob Katz, Jewish chaplain of Sing Sing; Rabbi Julius Price, chaplain of the City Prison, and Dr. Henry E. Hein, principal of James Monroe High School.
