“The Rome-Berlin anti-Semitic axis,” on the wheel of which the body of European Jewry will apparently be stretched, was referred to today by Julius Streicher, Germany’s chief Jew-baiter, in an interview in which he repeated the warning he gave last night, when he appeared at the Sportspalast with Roberto Farinacci, Italy’s leading anti-Semite, that the present anti-Jewish measures represent “only the beginning of the fight against world Jewry.”
