A Berlin district court has ordered Julius Streicher, overlord of Franconia and leading anti-Semite, “in the name of the people” to withdraw slurs against Duke Henckel von Donnersmarck published in his notorious weekly, Der Stuermer. The periodical had charged the Duke married a Jewess and had therefore become “spiritually corrupt.”
