The Labor Party is dragging its feet on new labor legislation that would outlaw strikes by government and public service employes and Premier Golda Meir is said to be irritated by the delay. She will meet with Labor Alignment leaders tomorrow night on the matter and is expected to prod them to draft a bill that can be submitted to the Knesset at the earliest possible moment.
