The Phi Delta Theta fraternity was banned from the campus of the University of Wisconsin here for failure to comply with the faculty’s Human Rights ruling, which forbids all fraternities here to discriminate against members who are Jews, Negroes or Orientals.

Phi Delta Theta is the last fraternity on the campus still holding out against the Human Rights rule. Five other fraternities accredited by the faculty have recently settled their problem about failure to comply with the rule.
