The students’ union of the Manchester College of Technology today adopted a rule penalizing any member responsible for anything calculated to foster, or encourage anti-Semitism on the college premises.
The rule provides that in case of a second offense, the maximum penalty of immediate expulsion from the union is to be applied. Expression of personal opinions in private conversation is not considered a violation, if there is no intent to contravene the rule.
