Arguing that Dr. Magnes’s influence is due to his being chancellor of the Hebrew University, a circular issued by the students’ fraternity urges the students to demand his resignation because “Magnes’s activity lowers the dignity and honor of the University in the eyes of the entire people. The students are not doing anything to halt his activity and therefore share in the responsibility.”
