The House Labor Committee today appointed a sub-committee to study the dozen or so bills providing for a permanent Fair Employment Practice Commission. New members of the Labor Committee had asked for an opportunity to study the measure, which was approved by the body at the last session of Congress. The sub-committee was ordered to report on Friday.
