The time is ripe for a revision not only of the minorities treaties, but also of the entire Mandates system. The London Sunday Times suggested today. The outcome of the declaration made in Geneva by the Polish Foreign Minister, Colonel Jozef Beck, will be a new League of Nations code for minorities, the paper said. This new code will be somewhat weaker than the present code, but universal and applied ### all nations, or the entire mino###ties code will be scrapped, Sunday Times predicted.
