The Roumanian government has decided to take energetic measures to fight the revival of anti-Semitism, fearing unfavorable comment abroad. The Roumanian Ministers in Washington and London, particularly, have informed the Foreign Minister in Bucharest of the new intercessions of British and American Jewish organizations and their new interest aroused in the Roumanian Jewish situation.

The Ministries of Education, Interior and Justice have therefore decided to suppress as sternly as possible any anti-Semitic actions, especially student excesses.
