The United States Supreme Court this week-end refused to stay enforcement of Pennsylvania’s Sunday sales blue laws. This issue is followed with interest by Jewish elements because of the question of separation of church from state. The request for a stay, or injunction, was made by a discount store in Allentown, Pa.
