Liberal Judaism in America has made progress during the past year, according to a survey made by the “American Hebrew” of the numbers which are to be confirmed in the Reform Temples of the country on the festival of Shevuoth, which occurs on Monday, June 2. In its current issue, this publication reports and lists the approaching confirmation of 198 classes with a total of 5,121 children, the largest in the history of American Judaism.
