Swastika-watermarked paper has been ordered for use in the printing of German postage stamps when the present paper supply has been exhausted, according to an item in the Deutsche Allgemeine Zeitung.
The paper points out the fact that since 1927 the Latvian government has been printing postage stamps on paper watermarked with swastikas, and that Finland had used similar paper for the same purpose since 1925.
