Premier Maphevu Dhlamini of Swaziland met here over the weekend with Premier Menachem Begin. Dhlamini, who is here on a state visit, arrived last Thursday. He spent the weekend in the north, visiting Kibbutz Ayele Hashahoc, touring the Golan Heights, and fulfilling a lifetime ambition by immersing himself in the waters of the Jordan River. Dhlamini is accompanied by his Finance and Justice. Ministers and his country’s Attorney General.
Saturday night the guests were entertained at a banquet given in their honor in Haifa by Zim, the national shipping company. Zim reportedly is negotiating to set a framework for cooperation with Swaziland. The Landlocked country receives much of its goods through ports in Mozambique.
