With starvation among Jews in Nazi-held Poland assuming catastrophic proportions, the Committee to Help Needy Jews in Poland has issued a call here to all Swiss Jews to contribute maximum aid to the relief campaign which is now being conducted throughout Switzerland for the starving Polish Jews. The appeal points out that the Jews in occupied Poland are in great need of food, clothing and medicaments, and that a certain amount of these necessities can still be delivered to them from Switzerland through the International Red Cross. Thirty thousand kilograms of supplies have already been sent.
