The formalities involved in increasing the capitalization of the Swiss-Israel Trade Bank from 1,030,000 Swiss francs to 2,036,000 were completed at an extraordinary meeting of the company’s board here today. The new issue was oversubscribed. The bank’s assets at the end of last July stood at 1,865,883,000 Swiss francs.
