Kamil Guggenheim, Jewish lawyer, Socialist leader and a member of the highest Swiss court, died here today at the age of 36. Noted in the framing of legislation he was elected to the Bundesgeright last December. To replace him the Swiss parliamentary Socialist group will propose Dr. David Farbstein, brother of Deputy Herschel Farbstein of the Polish parliament, a member of the Swiss Socialist national council and judge of the court of appeals at Zurich.
Dr. Farbstein took an active part in the first Zionist Congress at Basle and has been active in Jewish affairs. He was a delegate to the recent World Congress for Palestine Workers.
