Swiss journalists are within their rights to call Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon a war criminal, according to the Swiss Press Council. The council’s Honorary Court, which decides ethical questions for Swiss journalists, ruled last week on a complaint filed against the Neue Luzerner Zeitung after the newspaper ran a story earlier this year attacking Sharon.
