In an unexpected and sensational maneuver. Swiss Nazis who are accused of spreading the forged “Protocols of the Elders of Zion.” demanded the immediate prosecution of Dr. Chaim Weizmann, Chief Rabbi Marcus Ehrenpreis of Sweden. Dr. Max Bodenneimer, the Swiss Jewish deputy. Dr. Farbstein. Professor Paul Miliukoff, Sergel Sviatnikoff and Dr. Meyer Ebner of Rumania, on the ground that they perjured themselves by their testimony at the Basle trial.

The request for criminal prosecution of all those named was filed with the prosecuting attorney and with the court as well. The Nazis also demanded that all the men named be arrested as soon as they enter Swiss territory.

HAD TESTIFIED ON FORGERY

The entire group named by the Swiss Nazis were witnesses against the Nazis in the Baslo trial, testifying that the “Protocols” were an obvious forgery.

Even the expert for the court testified he was convinced that the “Protocols were an exceeding dangerous fabrication. The Nazi leaders charged with disseminating the “Protocols’ asked for a lengthy adjournment to enable them to procure “experts” to testify as to the truth of the document.

The complainants in the case are Swiss Jewish leaders, who claim the Jewish race is libeled by the “Protocols.”
