Swiss police officers just graduated from a special course in combatting terrorism. The course was prompted by the terrorist massacre of 35 people in Israel last March 11. One of the graduation exercises involved freeing a hijacked bus in a simulated reenactment of the March 11 event during which the terrorists hijacked a bus. Participating in the graduation ceremony were German officers, members of the special anti-terrorist squad “GSG9,” who helped liberate the Lufthansa plane which was hijacked last year in Mogadishu, Somalia. The German officers were trained by Israelis who participated in the rescue of hostages at Entebbe Airport in Uganda.
