Switzerland approved the extradition of a Brazilian national to Argentina in connection with the 1994 bombing of the Jewish community center in Buenos Aires. Wilson Dos Santos had given advance warning to Argentine and Israeli diplomatic representatives about the attack, which killed 86 people and left some 300 wounded.
