Representatives of congregations in upper New York State and nearby communities in Massachusetts and Vermont will convene here January 13 for the annual convention of the New York Capital Region Branch of the United Synagogue of America.
Among the communities expected to be represented are Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Saratoga Springs, Utica, Glens Falls, Poughkeepsie, Kingston, Amsterdam, Gloversville, Hudson, Herkimer, Hoosick Falls, Rutland, Vt., Bennington, Vt., North Adams, Mass., and Pittsfield, Mass.
