The Synagogue Council of America, representing all branches of Jewish religious organizations in the United States, was awarded a gold medal by the International Jury of Awards at the Sesquicentennial Exposition, according to an announcement made here by S. C. Simms, secretary of the Executive Jury of Awards.
The award was made for the Synagogue Council’s “well grouped coordination of ideas” in its exhibit at the Sesquicentennial.
The diplomas of award are now being prepared and it is expected that they will be ready for distribution during the early part of the coming year.
