Officers of Congregation Tifereth Israel, who last week applied to the Chancery Court to force Morris Rinzler, president of the organization, to relinquish his office and surrender papers and books of the synagogue, have dropped their action. The difficulty has been adjusted satisfactorily. Mr. Rinzler will remain as president.
