Plans for adult education, including special classes in reading Hebrew for young mothers, were adopted at a two-day meeting of national leaders of the National Women’s League of the United Synagogue of America which concluded here last night. The program, which will also encourage fuller religious observance, will be implemented through 560 affiliated synagogue women’s organizations with a membership of 130,000 in this country, and Canada.
