The members of the Poale Zion Ziere Zion group of Syracuse will unite with the members of the Branch 32 of the Jewish National Workers’ Alliance, the Pioneer Women, the Jewish National Folk School and Young Poale Zion Alliance, in paying tribute to the memory of the late Chaim Nachman Bialik with memorial services Wednesday evening at the Folk School auditorium.
The children of the Jewish National Folk School will recite in Hebrew the works of the poet laureate. Yehuda Weinberg, a member of the faculty and Henry Pine, author of “The Great Refusal,” will speak. Jacob Shapiro, member of the local Jewish National Fund Council, will be chairman.
