The newly-formed Syracuse Zionist District, with nearly 300 affiliates, held a luncheon rally at which Alexander Holstein, vice-president of the organization, urged a com-plecte campaign of the Jewish community in Syracuse, Plans were made to reach a goal of 1,000members.
