Syria charged that Israel violated cease-fire terms after Israeli soldiers killed an armed infiltrator from Syria and wounded another in a clash Wednesday in the foothills of the Golan Heights. The clash erupted after soldiers at an observation point spotted two figures crossing from Syria into Israel, according to Israel Radio.
