Syria has rejected the peace proposals made by the U.N. Conciliation Commission for Palestine and the four Arab States attending the triangular talks in Paris have made a point-by-point rejection of the proposals, Faydi Bey Atassi, Syrian Foreign Minister, announced last night, according to reports received here from Damascus.
The Foreign Minister was quoted as declaring that Syria refused to co-operate with Israel and that while the United Nations could prohibit its members from using force, it could not compel them to co-operate with their enemies.
