With the success of the guild subscription plan established by the response which greeted its first presentation two weeks ago, the Cinema Guild of the Y. M. H. A. will present the late P. W. Murnau’s “Tabu” as its second offering tonight at the Ninety-second Street “Y.”
The Cinema Guild has chosen ten outstanding motion pictures for presentation on alternate Wednesday evenings. “The Road to Life” opened the series on January 9. The pictures have been selected for technical excellence, political and sociological significance, and educational importance.
Following tonight’s performance, a discussion on the picture will be held under leadership of Elias Katz, assistant in the department of educational sound pictures at Columbia University.
