The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation today announced the withdrawal of a taped television interview with Adrien Arcand, Canadian pre-war Fascist leader.
Canadian Jewish Congress leaders had discussed the taped interview with CBC officials earlier this month, after the station had screened it for use in its program. The station said earlier it may use only part of the interview; however, the announcement today said that the interview will not be used either “in whole” or “in part.”
