Myron C. Taylor, American member of the Intergovernmental Committee on Assistance to Refugees, arrived here tonight from Paris to attend the meeting of the committee opening next Wednesday. He declined to make a statement at the present stage.
The committee will meet at the Foreign Office in London, the Daily Telegraph report Lord Winterton will again represent the British Government.
