Two teenage girls were arrested here this weekend on charges of overturning and defacing tombstones in a Jewish cemetery here. The girls, one 15 and the other 14 were released in the custody of their parents. Their names were withheld because of their youth. A police official said the girls told police they did it “just for kicks.”
