Israeli Ambassador Yosef Tekoah and Dr. Gunnar V. Jarring, the special Middle East emissary, are scheduled to confer tomorrow morning in an attempt to get the stalled Jarring mission rolling again. The aim of the meeting, according to sources, will be to find out if a compromise formula can be found that will be acceptable to Jarring, thus enabling him to resume his mission. The major impediment, so far as Israel is concerned, is Dr. Jarring’s Feb. 8 memo demanding that Israel agree to withdraw to the former international frontier with Egypt.
