Israeli Ambassador Yosef Tekoah denounced here today a draft resolution by Britain and France condemning Israel for raiding Beirut on April 10. The draft resolution is expected to be taken up tomorrow at a Security Council meeting even though a meeting was not officially announced. Tekoah. responding to the draft resolution, said that its text is “a travesty of international law and morality; it is an affront to the victims of international terrorism and to those who are trying to combat the scourge of Arab murders and savage atrocities directed against innocent civilians all over the world.”
