A municipal budget for 1937 showing income of J-455,000 and expenditures of J-488,648 was announced today by Mayor Israel Rokach, who said the deficit was a small one despite the political crisis lasting nearly a year. He added that the city had reduced its indebtedness by J-50,000 during 1936.
