For stating that the Revisionist Hebrew daily newspaper “Hamashkiff” (The Observer) published here is a prototype of the Nazi organ Voelkischer Beobachter (People’s Observer,) the municipal councillor Abraham Zabarski was today sentenced to pay a nominal fine of fifty mills, approximately twenty cents. The verdict was issued by Magistrate Herzl Rosenzweig.
