A Tel Aviv district court today acquitted and released Dr. M. Pshitatzki of charges of crimes against humanity and of collaboration with the Nazis.
The indictment had charged that Dr. Pshitatzki, who had been a physician at the Volanov concentration camp, had given injections of poison to sick inmates. He was also accused of turning over lists of sick prisoners to the Germans who executed them.
